A wide range of applications with intelligent material management

Primeprint comes with validated materials and RFID-supported, automated material management. The Primeprint material concept offers user-friendly support with its color-coded material cartridge system. Each print material type is associated with a different color, which is mirrored in the inLab CAM Software for quick orientation, for correct material selection, and easily identifiable storage. Once the cartridge is inserted into its material unit, the inLab CAM Software automatically pairs and identifies them as a unit. Thanks to the RFID tags, the software monitors the fill level of each material unit to indicate when a replacement is required.

Material Units

Primeprint’s material concept includes a material unit for holding the material cartridges – one cartridge for each application. The Primeprint material unit consists of the vat and the insertion slot for the material cartridge. The cartridge clicks into the material unit with a hand movement. Both the vat and the material cartridge are fitted with RFID tags. Once assembled, the software automatically pairs them and identifies them as a unit.

Washing Containers

The consecutive pre- and final washing cycles in Primeprint PPU use cleaning agent in the two integrated washing containers to remove liquid resin residues from the printed objects. Each material has two washing containers assigned to avoid cross-contamination. The inLab CAM Software automatically tracks the washing cycles of each container via the RFID tags, monitors the lifetime of the cleaning agent, and automatically alerts the user in case a cleaning agent must be exchanged.

In addition to materials, there are various accessories available for Primeprint Solution. From Primeprint Box to active charcoal filters and ozone filters, users can order additional hardware items or replacements for both Primeprint and Primeprint PPU.
